Suzzanne, Austin, Victoria, Stacey, Tom and I enjoy lunch around the Uzbek-style table of our hosts. For our night in Arslanbob, we stayed at the home of a member of a community-based tourism group. It is an organization that operates as an association of bed and breakfasts and is an excellent way to visit the country.
